Space Shuttle in Washington DC

On the way home from the NEAIC and NEAF in New York, I missed my connecting flight in Washington DC. That gave me the opportunity to see the Enterprise Space Shuttle (Officially called the Space Transportation System or STS). The only place in the world where a true Space Shuttle is exposed.

NEAF 2009, New York

The main purpose going to the NEAF was to meet some “famous names” that we hear on the internet and see on the Astro-magazine. Here are posted some images.

AIP Convention in Paris

Last week-end I went in Paris for the AIP (Astro Images Processing) convention. It has been a good opportunity to improve my knowledge in images processing and to meet some of the best astrophotographers like Thierry Legault, Eric Mouquet, Laurent Bernasconi, Franck Bugnet, Nicolas Outters and others...

I would like to thank Olivier for his car-sharing. That gave me the opportunity to meet an another guy who is working with refractors and Mac’s. Thank you Olivier!

I also want to thank the AIP comity for all the volunteer job they did to organize this very helpful processing training convention.
